I went to the teller with 2 exact white shirts this morning. The price of the shirts were removed (but there were stickers saying that if you buy 2, discount on the second). At the till, when it was rung up, I noticed after paying, that the first shirt was cheaper than the second, and no discount applied. When I queried this, the teller had no response, then Linda came as she heard us talking, and simply said that the shirts have different bar codes, even though they are the same shirts, and nothing else can be done. I asked her a few questions, which she ignored. This irated me, and I asked to see a manager. He (visual manager, Tebogo) understood the problem, offered to advise how he can assist, but the attitude of Linda made me simply want to return the shirts and not purchase from Woolworths
