After contacting your site I heard from Mrs. Debbie Govender, telling me that the place working on the watches only opens om 15/01/13. Never heard from her again. Contact her boss, mrs Vani Thaver and didn't hear from her either. The pinecrest store consultant phoned me today and said they send the watch to the WRONG PLACE for repairs and I must bring my watch back for repairs. I asked her who is going to pay for all this trouble (cellphone costs/petrol, etc.) and she didn't know. If I have this much trouble fixing a watch worth a R1000, how much more with more expensive jewellery. Last year the same store double charged my wife for a battery repair and after complaining we received some money back. It looks to me that there is no accountability amongst the KZN senior staff of Sterns.
