We bought a fridge yesterday. Was told that the one in stock was the only one available. Late afternoon a damaged fridge that has been used previously was delivered. We made notes on the delivery notice and accepted. Later wa discovered that the fridge does not work.
We went there this morning to discover the fridge we thought we bought still on display with some lame excuse.
After some harsh words were spoken we were promised that the fridge we bought yesterday will be delivered immediately.
It is now more than 2 hours later and i still have not received anything-not even a sorry.
