On 2013-12-09 I bought a fridge at Lewis stores in Simon's town and wanted the fridge to be delivered in Cofimvaba. Eastern cape. Our sales lady Carmen promised that the fridge would be Cofimvaba when I get the 2013-12-11 because Cofimvaba did not not have it in stock. When my daughter got to Cofimvaba there was no fridge. Carmen promised that the fridge would delivered after 2 hours till today I have not received the fridge. 2013-12-19. I was contacted by the Ngcobo branch saying that our fridge is there they'll deliver it the same day or next day.till today we have not received anything
