On Saturday morning our fridge broke so we went to Menlyn game to purchase a new one. We asked them to have this delivered ASAP as we have food in our fridge that is going to go off. They promised it will be delivered on Sunday 17/11/2013 as soon as the shop opens. We stayed at home the whole day but the fridge was never delivered. Now all the food that was in the fridge is off. Who is going to be liable for this food we lost? They made a promise and the did not deliver. If we have bought a fridge from a different place, we would not have had this problem. Please can someone call me urgently to resolve this problem and advise who is going to pay for my loss?
