Edgars staff incompetance

I have been an Edgar customer for many years and have suffered a never-ending wave of incompetence from their staff. For years my account was double debited regularly among other missteps on their part. Most recently my bill arrived and my instalment due was 75% of my credit limit. After a few phone calls, this was resolved. Shortly after the calls, I noticed that my outstanding balance was around 150% of my total credit limit. This was the last straw for me and I decided to close my account. This did not stop them from billing me, though. After a plethora of phone calls once again, I was under the impression that the problem was finally sorted out. Until I received my latest due amount, via sms, earlier tonight. Edgar has also not supplied me with the paid up letter I requested almost a month ago. I am sick of spending hundreds of rand per month on phone calls to sort out their incompetence. I am utterly disgusted and will be taking this further.
