Lack of integrity

Purchased a bed for around R8000 on Thursday 21 march. Delivery arrived on Friday however the base for the kingsize mattress was defective (already makes me question the product - but I bought it from hyperama. The driver promised to sort it out before the end of the day and call us back. He did and advised that they had no stock however a new base would be provided within 3 days. After the 3 days nothing happened. Why ca nobody give any feedback and advise if there is a problem or not. Went physically into the store and was told they would follow up and let us know. Every promise that has been made has not been fulfilled. and the lack of feedback or any care by the staff has really been astounding. our existing bed was got rid of as they advised they would deliver on friday 22 March. so we are sleeping on the mattress on the floor and the staff show no urgency to resolve the problem and not even the courtesy to keep us informed of what is going on.disgusting
