Still waiting for Woolworths to contact me!!!

I have been looking at Woolworths for about 5 months now for a specific size bra and have had no luck finding my size. So about a month ago I first approached customer services at La Lucia mall and asked them to please check on their system for any branches that had stock of which they said Gateway had, which i found hard to believe as i had been checking all stores on a regular basis, and would call them and get them to deliver it to La Lucia and would call me when it arrived. I am still waiting for that call. I then went to the Gateway branch about a week ago and found no stock so went to customer services there and they said they too would call me when they have the stock. I had a lady phone me within 20minutes to clarify what i was needing and she would contact me within a day or 2 when the stock arrived. I am still waiting for that call too. I find this type of service from Woolworths a disgrace. Its not just an item i can replace with another jersey or pants of a similar style. Its a bra - a necessity item!!
