After months of indecision I finally decided to upgrade my cellphone to a Samsung S4 mini. I contacted Cellucity to enquire about packages etc and was assisted by Cornelius who was very helpful and friendly. He referred me to the branch manager to enquire about stock of the specific phone I wanted, eventually stock arrived and I was told yesterday that I needed to collect before Saturday. Took time from work to drive all the way to Bedford but surprise surprise the phone they had in stock is in actual fact the more expensive one and the one I was supposed to get they didnt have. After having a melt down and expecting some kind of resolution and getting none I walked out, completely disgusted and angry. The only solution I was offered was that they would re-order and deliver to me, thanks guys, doesnt exactly solve the issue and give me back the time, effort and petrol I wasted driving all the way there. Cornelius as the Regional Manager you couldve made some kind of plan but it seems giving customers amazing service is something of the past. Thanks for ruining an otherwise good Friday!
