Brilliant service

I bought a kettle end of december 2012. A week later it was giving me problems and I couldn't take it back to the store because it is far from where I live and public transport is a headache. I asked a friend of mine to enquire at the store what I can do seeing that the kettle has a 6 month warranty. My friend was than told that the kettle has to be sent in for repairs which takes atleast 14 days. I did not know what to do as the kettle is my only access to hot water. As I had no choice I gave my friend the kettle to return to the store for repairs. My friend wanted to explain to the manager the situation but was told the manager has gone to see a client. The cashier called a sales person nazif who listened to my complaint with empathy and he assured that he would get me sorted. With no hassles he offered me a brand new kettle. This young man realy went that extra mile to make me happy, all in the absence of a manager.
Thank you Nazif - cash crusaders need more employees of your calibre and attitude.
