On 24/03/2013 i went to pep home in promenade mitchells plain, i saw this laundry baskets for r99, there were small other baskets inside of this basket thats priced at r99, those small baskets do not have any prices on it, so as a customer i thought thats that those were a set. i then went to go pay for the baskets and was told its seperate prices, as the customer protection act state, if theres a wrong pricing on the goods then that goods should be sold to that customer for that price, which did not happen at PEP. the manger told me that the prices fell off the baskets inside, then its her staffs duty to put it back on, which is not my problem, i saw r99 for those baskets and as a customer under the CPA im intitled to that price, this is very poor service from pep
