I handed in my daughter's cellphone on the 13/12/2013 because it just went blank after it has been accidentally dropped into a sink full of water. I went back to check in Jan 2014 and they said Hollard said they will check as they only received the phone on the 6th Jan. I phoned agin to check they told me I must fone on Monday the 27th and after I have been phoning they saying their computers are down. It's more than a month now without a phone and we are paying insurance every month with Hollard.
