Years back I bought and insured a cellphone at Edgars using my Edgars card, however that cellphone was stollen in 2011 and the insurance paid to replace it, I then took a replacement of the old one. I'm one of those people who dont really check the statements, but sometime in May 2013 exactly 26months after i replaced my phone i checked my statement and only to realise that they were actually deducting 2 cellphone insurances from my account. A lady by the name of Reeva in Greencres branch helped me to find out what was happening, only to find out that they were deducting for the lost and replacement cellphones. I was then promised my refund which is supposed to be 40 x 26 = 1080 but they only refunded me R698. a month ago i went to Goven Mbeki avenue and a call center agent by the name of Thando told me that it was management's decision to give me 698 instead of 1080 and I ask based on what and she couldnt answer she told me her manager's going to call me that very same day which she never did. On friday the 11th of oct a lady called me and told me that the manager is going to call me on Monday the 14th, but until today i havent had a call or any expalination.
