POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO FEEDBACK

On the 13th of March my husband found out that had been committed on his Edgars account. He lodged a dispute on the 13th March and as at today the 25th of March, he has not recieved any feedback from Edgars. His balance was approximately R2500 and was committed for approximately R12000. So his credit limit was reach. We were planning on using this account to make some purchased as we are moving to our new home, but we can't as his limit on the account has been reached. What is the point of having an account that you can not use. What is point of reporting to Edgars as soon as you find out when they dont give you feedback or resolve your querry. What is the point of having a department that never answers the phone. What is the point of having customer service departments when they can only refer you to the department that never answeres their phone.
