I went to Edgars Active just now to TRY and pay my account, I stood in line to pay (just me, no one else in sight), the Edgars employee (male) who were busy attending to a customer (to open an account, it's supposed to be a pay point). After waiting for quite a while not being helped and being totally ignored I ask the guy what's going on? His response: "Eish we're offline". I mean really 1. Why do I have to ask why I'm not being helped 2. Hasn't he been trained to talk professionally to customers? And 3. It's month end why is there only one person running the whole customer service/cashier department? And this is not the first time I've experienced bad service from Edgars. I'm seriously considering just closing my account.
