Wetherlys disgusting service, excuses!

After looking for the RIGHT lounge suit or couches for quite a while, I eventually found them at Wetherlys in Springfield Park, Durban, on Tuesday March 19 2013. Fatima Cassim was there to assist. Her initial service was not bad at all, but then things went south. I was given the option of paying cash or doing an EFT within the week to ensure the couches would be on the NEXT truck from JHB, the very next week. I rushed and got the EFT done the next day as Thursday March 21 was a public holiday. I phoned Fatima on Wednesday March 20, confirmed the order and was promised delivery the next week.

The next week monday, March 25, I spoke to Fatima again and she told me that as far as she knows, the couches are being loaded onto the truck and should be in Durban in the week, as promised. Later that week I phoned the head office, don't know who I spoke to, but I was told they will check and phone me back. 2 hours later, I phoned again and got told "the systems were down", but they will check. After they checked, I then got told the couches are not ready yet as they were waiting for material. This is after I was told they had stock. My story will continue in 5 days.
