I am utterly disgusted with the service from your woodmead store, I purcharsed a r500 ironing board in May 2010, and was told at the time that all steel parts of the ironing boards have a 10year guarantee. I have now taken this board back to woodmead and am told it has a 2 year guarantee which is now over. Mark did contact me this monring to basically tell me there is nothing he can do about this, and i should have taken the name of the person who said this - clearly your staff are all incopmpetent and shouldnt be trusted on what they say, hence i need to start takind down names. furthermore nowhere on the board does is say it has a 2 year guarantee either! I would have never purchased it if i had been given correct information. Marks argument to me is that he should then refund all customers who say a staff member told the something unture - is this the type of attitudes your head of stores display - this same store once sold me a fridge which was a demo and it was brand new!!! where the helll is customer service!!! can someone who actually can help a customer please contact me coz i refuse to accept such
