Setting debit order earlier than contract agreed

Woolworths sent me an sms to say that the debit order for my personal loan would be activated on 28March because of the public holidays. I contacted them as I wuld not have funds in my account on the 28th (I get paid on the last day of the month only) and I had not agreed to an earlier date. in fact I had specifically asked them to take debit order off on teh 1st of the month. WW said they could not change it but that they had agreed to REPAY ANY BANK CHARGES FOR UNPAID DEBIT ORDERS ETC, ETC... What a cheeck, I must have my credit rating ruined by unpaid debit orders, I must explain to my bank manager about unpaid debit orders, I must apply and probably fight tp get my bank fees refunded!!!
How can WW Financial services call themselves that if they actually ENCOURAGE bad conduct of my personal banking! Discovery insurance had no problem with a debit order date of the 2nd April. I had to take an extra advance on my personal loan to have funds to cover the WW debit order!! They are a disgusting advocate of banking practice and offered no solution themselves. I had to think of the extra advance solution myself!!
