I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for my KIC fridge to be repaired for the second time after it was repaired just a little while back and now its broken again.
NO one phones to update you and they dont care that you have to sit without a fridge and that all your food gets spoiled everytime it brakes. I asked for a report why this fridge keeps on giving the same problem as there is 4 other fridges in houses on the same property but only mine keeps on braking so the power surge is not valid as I was home when the fridge stopped working and nothing strange happend to the power. Anyhow I have not recieved any respond on that either.
I bought almost R50 000 of furniture from them and this is the kind of service I get.
They will never see me again.
