FAULTY AND NOT WELL ADJUSTED FRIDGE DOOR

A month a go I bought a KIC fridge at ok Furniture store. I have lodge an complaint regarding the faulty fridge door. Ok furniture then send out a technician from KIC who then instead off fixing the door used my blow dryer and toilet paper to adjust the door as he put it. my food gone bad in the mean time as the fridge doesn`t close properly. I have been phoning KIC regarding the fridge door. They have told me it is there polisy that I have to wait 7 Days before they can replace the Fridge, in the mena time my food has gone bad and they say it is not there problem. I have been trying to get hold of the supervisor (Alaine) and the Manager (Govender) but the consoltants are keep on putting me on hold from 10 to 20 minutes. They have been very unhelpfull in getting someone out to help with the problem. I have taken prictures of how the door everyday and in the picture you can see how it is getting bigger. I have been trying evryday to phone them and everyday they say they are getting back to me, but it has been a week now that the technician came and blow dryed my fridge. This is the worst service and help I have ever seen.
