I bought SONY headset. Onm7 February @ wood mead makro.
The Product is giving me bad sound on the left ear.
I return item to Makro crown mine.. And couldn't get help. What really turn me off was bad service and customer skills displayed by Mark so called manager. Who insist on me coming with original packaging before i get help and couldn't assist me.
A manager should never tell client "there is nothing I can do" incompetent right there..
I'm now stucked with Sony headset at home and no help.
Personally I don't like fix and repairs when it comes to accessories and gadgets. So I request a refund or a credit towards a different brand.. It's not like I'm returning something from street. Does makro warranty only covers 14 days???
Please sort out ur manager pathetic attitude. It stinks. And please help me get R400.00 credit back towards new purchase.. I'm not in a position to take fixed headset...
