On Tuesday 20th of March my wife bought herself a packet of Messaris red skin peanuts at PNP Sable sq. When she got home and started eating the nuts she called me to show me a piece of stone the size of a old 5c coin in her mouth that she almost bit on.she could have broken a tooth or worse. So the next day i phoned Messaris head office in Elsies River where i spoke to a man who told me that she can return the packet to PNP who would replace it.when she got to the store she asked to speak to the manager of the store who told her that he would not refund or exchange the packet because she did not have the slip. Like most people we dont keep the slips.it saddens me the way both MESSARIS SNACKS and PICK N PAY have reacted towards my wife, both of them. IM UNHAPPY TO THE BONE.
