Cancellation of deal

I purchased a fridge on Dec 2012 and it got damaged on delivery. I immediately contacted the store and was told the fridge will be replaced. the fridge was not replaced instead i was told the store does not have stock and they wanted to offer me the one on display of which i refused. I returned the fridge in March and canceled the deal. In February African Bank deducted their first installment of R645. I did not make other payments reason being I knew i have canceled the deal. I have been getting calls from African Bank saying I must pay the account. When I inform the store I was told its out of their hands and the is nothing they can do. African Bank Head office Supervisor only got aware when i explained to them the story. I was told that they never received anything from Furniture City and there is nothing they can do. Miss Koba, African Bank's Head Office Supervisor promised to call me but she never did up to date instead i am getting calls from consultants begging me to pay my account and telling me how my account is in arrears.
