I bought a floorwizz from game about 3 months ago. I only use it to clean my kitchen floor once a week. That means i've only used it about 12 times and now the mop piece has fallen off. I read and kept to all the intructions for storage etc. I find it ridiculous that this product only lasts 3 months/12 uses.
I forwarded the above message to verimark directly on the 14th January 2013. It was responded to by Isaac Monareng, who then asked for a photo. I sent a photo. When i asked what was being done 2 weeks later i got this reponse."Thank you I did received the picture, my apologise for a delay we were busy moving the offices."
To date NOTHING has been done. Customer service is obviously not a priority and i am very dissapointed with the Verimark brand. Feedback will be appreciated.
