No Repair after almost 2 months

Early 2012 I bought a Samsung LCD TV from House & Home at Centurion Mall. With it I paid for extended waranty. About a year later it started distorting the picture. On the 30th of January I took it back for repairs. When I brought it in, I was told it would take not more than 21 days for it to be repaired. It is almost two months now and my TV is still not back. Everytime I go to the store to check on it, I am told it would be back by end of the week. And that never happens. On top of that, nobody has ever called me to inform me about the repair progress. I am just in the dark. I don't know whether they have lost my TV or what. I just want my TV back. Don't they care?
