I am very disapointed with Zando services. I know the management is not aware of this but the probem is the people they employ. So I need to let who ever is responsible for customer service about my frustration. I belive this is the only way to get things moving and ofcourse to change the way Zando is doing its services. If it means training the call center people then let it be.
I would love to shop online but Zando need compitent staff who knows what they do.
