The PNP returns policy states if you have an item that you would like to return and do not have a till slip they will issue a gift card. Kadija refused to honour this policy to exchage baby daipree sizes and was very rude to me as a customer. This is the last straw from PNP after numerous customer complaints. Now as a consumer I will go to GAME or CLICKS and they will happily exchange the products as per their policy. I will also shop at Checkers, Spar and Woolworths.
