The last week of July 2012, my wife purchased a Dressing Table from House & Home Century City. The product was delivered the within 2 days. A week later, the draws started falling off the rails. This problem was reported to the store and the Salesman logged a query and informed us that they will get someone to repair the Dressing Table within the next week. I have informed the Salesman on numerous times that no one ever came to repair the Dressing table. It is now March 2013, 8 MONTHS has passed and no one from House & Home came to repair the Dressing Table. Is this the after sales service one gets from House and Home. We have bought quite a few products from House & Home Century City in the past year. I intend purchasing a lounge suite BUT having doubts of purchasing it from House & Home due to the fact the Dressing Table has still not been repaired after informing the branch of the fault 8 months ago.
Please get someone to attend to this problem asap.
