Last year december i bought a tv CASH from house and home and just over 6 months later (10 days after 6 months) the tv had a strange colour on the screen and half of it was blur. I returned the tv on sunday 23 June 2013 and the clerk told me that they were going to send it in to be repaired as they get alot of their tv's back for repairs??? Already I was suspicious, for a whole week I phoned them everyday and spoke to the clerk, the supervisor and even tried to get hold of the manageress. Until today (03 July 2013) I haven't been able to speak to the manageress. I even resorted to speaking to the repair company after which the supervisor from house and home said i am not allowed to call them. Yesterday I was promised the tv today, but after i called them for the umpteenth time they said that the repairer is still waiting for parts?? Now i dont understand, why I should wait soooooo long with no definite answer and all this time im sitting with no TV. If I still bought the TV on credit and owed them money I would understand but I paid cash, what the is up with that?? A TV that packs up in 6 months, guys I dont want a repaired TV I want a new TV!!!
