We went to the restaurant last year and found the tramazzini to be dry. I had a word with Adriaan, the Manager, and I could see by his body language and facial expression that he was not happy about my complaint. He merely said that I would not pay for the food but I refused as that was not the reason why I complained and continued to pay the full bill. Last week Wednesday I decided to go there again against my better judgement. I walked in with my daughter and found the manager (Adriaan) to merely ignore us standing there waiting to be seated. I took it upon myself to go and sit and had to flag down a waiter for a menu. I asked if I could get something for my daughter from the hot food section and I wanted a slice of pizza. The waiter said it's no problem so we got up after ordering our drinks. On our way another waiter stoppped us and advised that we were not allowed to have the slice of pizza. I went back to the table and ordered a toasted samie. The waiteress came back after 5 min and advised that she won't be able to help me with the order as they had a power failure but the manager also advised that I was still not allowed to have the pizza.
