1. Child minder hurt our child by holding on to her arm when she was doing nothing wrong and when our daughter tried to pull away she let go and she fell and hurt herself.
2. Kitchen staff licking off their fingers and then without washing their hands continue with making orders.
3. Kitchen staff washing the pizza oven while orders are still being processed and you can see the water and soap dripping onto the pizza's still going in.
4. Kitchen staff putting their loose cigarettes in plain view of the customers on the counter
5. Waiter Thabo mumbling not speaking clearly
6. Manager (Lollie) and waiter (Thabo) visiting with friends at John Dorys while we are trying to get our bill
7. Child's food arriving at the table 30 Min before ours does and order was placed together as we were in a hurry to get to another engagement.
8. Manager (Lollie) wanting to take on staff for their mistakes while not admitting that she did anything wrong
9. Take away order taken after our order going out before we even had our food.
10. Waiter rude when we wanted our bill and made payment.
11. Manager, waiter and kitchen staff all need training and the kitchen staff especially on hygiene.
