Continiously bad service at this restaurant

1. Tonight we had supper at VSG. I ordered meals for myself, wife and 4jr old son. While placing the order, I confirmed my son's meal (rib pizza) about 3x and point with my finger in the menu as another confirmation. As true as bob a rib and chips were delivered to the table. In my household we DON"T EAT CHIPS. After complained to the waiter, he first questioned my word, then took the food back. (Just imagine a hungry 4jr old when the food is taken away from him.) When asking for the bill, we asked for a take out box for the leftover pizza, it did not arrive.(the pizza was taken away) We queried it, and after a long while it arrived. (I can just imagine where it was before it was placed in the box. I decided to pay cash instead of my card (because it took a lifetime for him to get back to the table), walk to the paypoint, and the waiter asked me why I left his card machine at the table. (Who's problem is that?)
2. They advertise a pasta/pizza buffet on the menu, but if you asked about it, no one can tell you when this is taking place. (misleading)
I usually don't complain, but this level of service happens everytime we visited VSG. We will rather not support them in future.
