My family of 3 went to Primi on Saturday 15/03/2013 at 20h30pm.
It was peak time and we waited 15min before being seated. We ordered drinks 1st as usual and ordered a pizza at 21h00pm. Prego Pizza Medium. I asked the waiter after 30min for an update, the reponse was "It's Coming". About 10min later I asked the same, with the same reply, 5min later the same outcome. After 45min still no food, and "It's still coming".
At this point we decided to leave and I asked for the bill, while my wife complained to the manager. After finishing the payment, the pizza had still not been done, and we waited 5min. The Manager gave the pizza as a peace offering.
Imagine we were hungry and ordered 3 meals. We would never have received it after 45min.
Better communication was needed between the Waiter and the manager, when they realise that there is a problem. In this way he can handle the situation. Also, inform the customer truthfully, "It's Coming" does not do.
Bad service reflects, bad management.
