We had terrible service at Bossa Nova on Saturday lunch time.
The waiter seemed to not be at all interested in us and had a no care attitude.
Our drinks took forever to be served even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all.(probably for good reason). The glasses were dirty.
My pizza order was wrong, they eventually gave me the right pizza after everyone else had finished eating.
I was supposed to get a chilli and garlic condiment with my pizza. I had to get up from the table because the waiter was no where to be seen and the manager non-existent.
I eventually found the manager and he promised to bring the condiment.
He did not bring it to us and we had to ask for it the second time.
We then asked the manager to bring us some more drinks, he never brought it or organized for someone else to bring them.
My husband ordered an eisbein and wanted to take the bones home for the dog and asked for a doggy bag. They never brought anything back from the kitchen.
We were so angry that we just asked for the bill.
If they phone us and offer us a free meal we shall not even consider going to this establishment. We will never go back there again.
Pity you guys have so much potential.
