14th April I toke my wife and child to breakfast as we sat down we asked the waiter how long are wait would be as we had to go some where after. With knowing we would have time we sat down. After ordering 10 minutes later i see them take the pizzas out the oven an the cook walk away. He came bake to the area with an other cook and looked at the pizza. The waiter then came to us and said are food was on its way. I then could see the cook walking around in the kitchen with the pizzas. 5 minutes after the food had come out the oven we got the food but the eggs that are on the pizza was fried and just put on the top not cooked with the pizza like it should have been.
My wife and child was hungry so the eat the food, i did not want it as it would of been dry so said that i did not want it. The waiter did say that he was sorry for the mess up but did not offer to redo it.
My wife and child eat as I just waited. In this time i watch the manager go in to the kitchen take the pizza and go and sit down and eat it, but not come and see if he could help with the problem or even to say sorry.
