I recently activated my healthy benefit with PnP because I am a Discovery Vitality member. I made fresh produce purchases at PnP and enquired about the health benefit (how it works and if i can swipe my vitality card). The tiller claimed that she was not trained on this product.
Shouldnt all employees be trained on their products?
I now missed out on savings because of an untrained/uninformed employee. I am very disappointed with PnP Wonderpark as that is where i normally do my grocery shopping and always get good service.
If i retain my till slip, is there a way that i can still claim from the benefit?
