On the 21/03 I went to clicks metlife nall kwt, I had an emergency so after buying some staff I asked the cashier if I can use their bathroom and she reffered me to the manager who was very helpfull, she helped me with a smile, I wanted to change my babies nappy and she went to the bathroom with me and though they don't have a nappy changing area she quickly made one for me and made sure that I am sorted, she did not have to do this but she did it willingfuly, she is realy a service hero, whenever I go to the store she's always smiling and helpful and rendering great service, thanks so much miss kobese
