I purchased a gift for my father for fathers day in Johannesburg jet stores with my Edgars card. When my mother tried to exchange the gift for a different size at the phoenix plaza Jet stores - she was told that she needs my card. The garnents were in the original packaging - as my parents realised this size was wrong before opening the garment. My mother stood in a queue for one hour to be told that she cannot be assisted. I have been a loyal customer to the edcon for 10 years and have never experienced this before. As a store - Jet phoenix should be willing to assist paying customers and not say their manager is unavailable when questioned. I want the manager of the store to explain how this can happen and how my mother can get her garment exchanged again without standing for an hour.. I am very very dissapointed in this store..
