Account debit orde

I opened an account a month ago; even still have the slip which is the contract in my wallet. They supplied me with a service, but if I knew this was coming I would have just stayed away!!
After signing the contract I immediately filled out a debit order form which the lady Zhaphira from Wonderpark Edgars told me she was going to fax.
A month later I get a disturbing upsetting phone call and smses telling me my account is overdue and I am a bad payer, so how am I not supposed to be upset about this situation. I always make a point of it to pay my accounts. After all this I feel that Edgars is the worst on customer service, after all their mistakes they even failed to mention the fact that the "maximum premium per month" does not include the interest rate and that I am not even allowed to choose the debit order amount that I am comfortable with, even though I am on debit order proving that I will pay my account frequently.
