LOST MY DOCUMENTS SO I HAVE TO REDO EVERYHING

I got an Edgars account in septmeber this year. i filled in ALL documents and asked for a debit order as i can afford the full installment so it wasnt an issue. My 1st debit was supposed to go off on the 1st of this month and NOTHING came off, i waited till the weekend past and still nothing, after spending over 4 days trying to get hold of Edgars the lady mentioned calls me.

They have LOST my debit oder. and i have to pay my arreares or i will be double debited...

that firstly isnt my issue they lost it, its theirs.

but seeming as i was in a good mood i paid via eft, and set ALL my account details to be loaded.

i get a response frmt the lady stating that clear i.d copy as well as 6 months BANK STATEMENTS are needed or no debit with be loaded.

so i guess edgars are NOT getting paid...
