No Debit Orders

I`d like to air my grievience for the lack of advise or general service thereof relating to my account. I made a lumpsum payment to Edgars in July and since then no debit orders have been going off my bank account. I emailed then called the customer services number a couple of times but all they do is make ma hold for long and never give me answers. This is unacceptible. The lady i spoke to last told me that she has all my bank account details (she even confirmed these over the phone) but that the problem was with my bank that the debit orders are not going through. I`ve called my personal banker regarding this, but it seems with certainity that Edgars is at fault for not deducting my installments off my account.

Im trying to avoid a situation where my record is messed up as a result of poor billing practices by Edgars, not my inability to pay. My debit order have always been going off every other month prior to making the lumpsum payment. Im definitely closing my account after this and what kind of review do you think i will give to any friend with the intention of opening an Edgars account??? SAD!!!
