CANCELED ACCOUNT - STILL PAYING!!!

Went to Edgars Clearwater Mall about 2-3 months ago to pay up my outstanding account and Cancel the Monthly service that they bill me R40 bucks for every month and close my Edgars Account.

Went to service side and had to speak to some one over the phone. So i Did so and people asked me 20 questions to make sure i am who i am which was cool and was told everything is done and canceled.

They debited me that month end again and thought ok well maybe i canceled too late so maybe thats why they debited me again. NO PROBLEM... So end of AUGUST comes and they debit me again and I left it with and got busy and forgot about it. END OF SEPETEMBER I get an SMS saying account will be debited AGAIN FFS!!!

Well I was told it was Canceled the day i went in and spoke to head office over the phone, Well clearly they didnt do it. Well I refuse to pay the R40 bucks and made sure debit order wont go off. Hopefully some one will het to the TOP of this. R40 not much but its the point.

So they can take their debit order and GO GET STUFFED!!

For anybody canceling their account learn from me and follow up the first time
