Purchased a DVD cabinet on the 04 February 2013 and was promised it will be ready after a week. we have tried collecting the unit three times with no success. on the 11 March 2013 i decided to request for refund and submitted the form to them. on the 14 March did a follow up on the refund and spoke to a guy name somizo or somiyo and he indicated that the refund has been processed, and because i was banking with Nedbank it will take 12 to 24 hours for the money to reflect in my account, i am still waiting. contacted the same guy on the 18 March 2013, and he indicated that he forwarded the payment on the 15 March 2013, meaning the information i received on the 14th was a LIE. I requested that he provides me with feedback, i am still waiting. left messages with their receptionist a couple of times, with no success. the company seems not bothered about my concerns. its was the first time doing business with Rochester and it will be the last time. The company is very UNRELIABLE AND CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.
