Rochester home decor store has the worst service I have experienced to this date, I have ordered a lounge suit and a dining table in January, I was promised delivery in 6 to 8 weeks, on the 11th of march I followed up with the sales consultant 'Bafana' who explained that the couches were ready for delivery but the table is not ready and that they could not deliver them separately, I explained to him the importance of me having the furniture within the AGREED time, he then COMMITTED to delivering on the 28th of March the latest. I phone Bafana on the 26th to confirm the delivery date and time and he again made a promise, assuring me that the delivery guys will definitely deliver on the 28th before 8pm, I am sad to report that I waited for the delivery like a little girl waiting for Santa :-) and to this date, I have not received anything.
Unfortunately the doggy client service was not only portrait by one person, it seems to be a culture within Rochester, on saturday the 23rd I went in the shop, raised my concerns with the manager who also promised to call me back on Monday and he never bothered to call :-)
