Many hours ago I sent the following email to Rochester. I am still waiting for an acknowledgement, let alone a response/ This service is pathetic.
I am writing to lodge a formal complaint about the non fulfilment of and order I placed with your company on 12 January, 2013 - sales order no 216850.
We were promised that the chairs ordered would be delivered before end of February, 2013. It is already April. When we enquired in March as to what was happening we were told there had been a mix up over the fabric and the sales person promised to phone us later in the week to advise when they would be ready. NOBODY PHONED. On Monday this week I enquired again to be told there was some problem at the factory and was promised a return call in an hour. NO SUCH CALL has been received. It is now Thursday.
I AM ON THE POINT OF CANCELLING THIS ORDER. I await your urgent comment..
