No straight Answers and Feedback

I ordered a sony walkman on Appliance City's website on the 18th of December 2012 and was called two days later stating that someone will call me with a delivery date. It have been a month and after numerouse calls to the appliance city call centre and orders department I had to find out that sorry but sony exclusively stocks the Walkman and we can't get it for you??? After a month that I called trying to find out what is going on I called into the Call centre and then get passed around and nobody can give me a straight answer. I spoke with Amanda van de Vyver who advised she will follow up and get back to me... I am still waiting to hear from her? I paid R 1000 and they were more than welcome to take the money but a month later and we don't have anything? I want my Money back ASAP as this is crazy no one have answers and passes the buck to not face the fact that they are full of!!! Don't advertise something on your website if you dont have any stock or cant get any stock. I specifically ordered this product due to not finding it anywhare else but surprise we have it on our website but sorry we cant give it to you would like another one??? I want my Money back!!!
