On Friday 4 January 2013 we bought quite a few items from Game stores. One of these products was the Big Jim 6-drawer unit which was on special. When we got home from our holiday on Wednesday, 9 January we unwrapped the thick white packaging of this unit only to discover that one of the drawers were broken at the corner. I was sooooo upset because we spent ALOT of hard-earned money at Game. If i had known that Game hides damaged goods under packaging, then i would have first unwrapped the packaging before purchasing the item. Had i stayed close to a Game, i would have returned the product immediately.
I'm one VERY UNHAPPY customer!!! so much for customer service!!!
