I placed an order online for a laptop for my 13 year olds birthday present

I was advised on the website that orders placed before 10pm would be delivered the next day.
I also sent an email stressing the importance of the delivery.
On 29 April I received a call to say the laptop would be delivered on 30/4 and that the Sony laptop I ordered was not in stock but they were sending a better one. We waited all day and no delivery. On 1 May we went into the Fourways store and they promised a delivery for 2 May. On 3 May after no delivery I spoke to Kyle who advised that Sony was discontinued and that he would replace my order with a better Samsung product and guaranteed delivery this morning.
Today when I called to find out why no-one had delivered I struggled to reach anyone who could assist me. After several calls I got hold of Kyle who advised that his manager was away and that Cats Digitals account with the suppliers had been closed and they had no credit facilities with suppliers to get stock.
They took my money under false presences and should not be allowed to operate as an online store if they cannot procure
