I placed an order online through Appliance City for a fridge. The confirmation said someone would call me within 48 hours re delivery. No-one called. I tried to find your contact details on my order yet none appeared! After doing my own research to get a number to call I got through to Solly who told me there was no stock but it had been ordered. I then got a call from someone saying my order would be coming on Tues and I would get a call an hour before. I'm still waiting. I spoke to Solly again who assured me it was coming today (thurs) and I could speak to Leanne to follow up. I called her this morning and she knew nothing about it but said she would come back to me immediately. I'm still waiting. I then called again 3 hours later and spoke to Amanda who assure me she would follow up and personally make sure someone called me. I'm still waiting!! I called agin and she again told me she would follow up as to why I have not been contacted. I'm still waiting!! What pathetic service. I either want my order delivered by close of business tomorrow or I want my money back. If I don't receive either, I will be going to the small claims court to get my money back.
