Money Taken Out Of My Account And No Product!!!

I ordered battle Field 3 for sony playstation 3 on the 4th of October 2013.
The first thing i check before placing an on-line order is if they have it in-stock!
Which they did.
So i placed my order and it said estimated delivery date is they 7th of October.
So the deducted the money off my account on the 4th of October.
7th came and nothing went on-line and checked again then it said the 15th.
This happened again the 15th changed to the 23de.
every time i called them and the said their supplier will have have it the next date mentioned above.
Now today 24th October is see my order is cancelled.
So I call them once again, their response is that they only found out yesterday that their supplier wont be getting it in stock.
So I said that is very bad service they should not have told me that the supplier will be getting it in stock if they where not.
I asked that my money be transferred back to my account as soon as possible they said between 3 and 7 working days.
Which is ridiculous because they have had my money in their account for almost a full month with out delivering a product. They said they will get back to my with in 24 hours to let me know when the money will be credited
